• Specialty Items: Accessories, All Props, Beautiful Daily Wear, Bunny Girl Costumes

3.2 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. While we strive to maintain adequate stock, we cannot guarantee that all items will always be available. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you promptly and provide alternatives or a full refund.

3.3 Product Quality

We take pride in the quality of our cosplay products. However, please note that:

• Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and lighting conditions
• Costumes are designed for cosplay purposes and may not be suitable for heavy daily use

4. Orders & Payment

When you place an order:

• You receive an order confirmation email
• We begin processing your order within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
• During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer
• We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues

4.2 Payment Methods

All payments are processed securely. We do not store your complete payment information on our servers.

4.3 Pricing & Taxes

All prices are listed in US dollars. You are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in your order total and are your responsibility as the recipient.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipping)
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipping)

5.2 Shipping Regions

We ship globally with the following exceptions:

• We currently cannot ship to Asia due to logistical constraints
• We cannot ship to select remote areas
• Shipping restrictions may change without prior notice

5.3 Delivery Responsibilities

Once we hand your package to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to you. We are not liable for:

• Delays caused by shipping carriers
• Packages lost or damaged during transit (though we’ll help file claims)
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers

6. Returns & Exchanges

6.1 Return Policy

We want you to love your cosplay! We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery, provided:

• Item is in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
• All original tags are attached
• Item is in original packaging
• You have your original order confirmation

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

• All Props (due to potential damage during shipping and handling)
• Beautiful Daily Wear (intimate apparel items)
• Custom-made or altered costumes
• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
• Items without original tags or packaging

6.3 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery
2. Complete the return form with all required information
3. Wait for approval and Return Authorization Number (within 2 business days)
4. Package the item securely in original packaging
5. Ship to our provided address
6. Receive your refund or exchange once we process your return

6.4 Refund Processing

Refunds are processed as follows:

• Refund approval: 1-2 business days after we receive your return
• Refund processing: 5-10 business days to appear in your account
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• If you received free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund
