International Shipping
We ship globally to bring cosplay magic worldwide! Please note that we currently cannot ship to Asia and select remote areas due to logistical constraints. Customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.

Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your item. This gives you plenty of time to try on your costume and ensure it’s perfect for your next convention, photoshoot, or cosplay event!
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be in its original condition – unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- All original tags must be attached
- Item must be in its original packaging
- You must have your original order confirmation or receipt
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product analysis, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons:
- All Props (due to potential damage during shipping and handling)
- Beautiful Daily Wear (intimate apparel items)
- Custom-made or altered costumes
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
- Items without original tags or packaging
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these magical steps to start your return or exchange:

💰 Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, here’s what to expect:

- Refund Approval: 1-2 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Processing: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Exchange Process

Return Shipping
