Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your item. This gives you plenty of time to try on your costume and make sure it’s perfect for your next convention, photoshoot, or cosplay event!

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be in its original condition – unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Item must be in its original packaging
  • You must have your original order confirmation or receipt

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Based on our product analysis, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • All Props (due to potential damage during shipping and handling)
  • Beautiful Daily Wear (intimate apparel items)
  • Custom-made or altered costumes
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
  • Items without original tags or packaging

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these magical steps to start your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Our Support Team – Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Fill Out the Return Form – Use the template below and include all required information
  3. Wait for Approval – We’ll review your request and send you a Return Authorization Number within 2 business days
  4. Package Your Item – Securely pack the item in its original packaging
  5. Ship Your Return – Send the package to our address (we’ll provide shipping instructions)
  6. Receive Your Refund or Exchange – Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your request!

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, here’s what to expect:

Timeline:

  • Refund Approval: 1-2 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Processing: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Refund Methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunded to your original payment method
  • PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account

💡 Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Exchange Process

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive and process your return. You’ll receive a tracking number for your exchange shipment.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
